3rd Annual Congress of FEPPA – Foundation for Endometriosis & Pelvic Pain Advancement


We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Meera V V Ragavan for conceptualizing and organizing this outstanding 2-day congress with such vision, precision, and passion. The seamless execution, combined with a rich and meaningful academic experience, truly reflected her commitment to advancing the field of pelvic pain.
Special appreciation to Dr. Latika Chawla, Dr. Monika Gupta, Dr. Ranjana Sharma, and Dr. A. Tamilselvi for their invaluable contributions in shaping a strong and multidisciplinary scientific program.

We also acknowledge and deeply appreciate the Founding Members – Dr. Amita Jain and Dr. Vidya Bandukwalla, whose vision and sustained efforts continue to be the backbone of FEPPA’s growth and impact.






A key highlight of the congress was the powerful address titled “Pain is inevitable but suffering is optional” delivered by Dr. Preetha Reddy, Executive Vice Chairperson of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited. Her address brought a deeply human and holistic perspective to chronic pelvic pain, inspiring a shift toward compassionate, patient-centric care.
The Inauguration Ceremony was graced by distinguished leaders including Dr. Madhuri Patel (Elect President, FOGSI) and Mr. Vishal Jajodia (FEPPA Patron & Chairman, Mrs. Swati Jajodia, Swati Spentose Pvt. Ltd.), Dr. Meera Ragavan, Dr. Amita Jain, Dr. Vidya Bandukwalla, Dr. Rajesh Taneja, Dr. Sanjay Pandey, Dr. Bhojraj Luitel, Dr. Monika Gupta, Dr. Tamilselvi, Dr. Ranjana Sharma, Dr. Latika Chawla reinforcing the importance of collaborative efforts in advancing women’s health.


A standout academic moment was the Panel Discussion – “Endometriosis: An Enigma”, expertly moderated by Dr. Monika Gupta and Dr. Meera V V Ragavan, with an esteemed panel including Dr. Sumana Manohar, Dr. Dhivya Narasimhan, Dr. Vanitha Anban, and Dr. Meenakshi Sundaram.
The session offered deep clinical insights and practical perspectives, making it one of the most engaging discussions of the conference.




The Dialogue on Medical vs Surgical Management, led by Dr. Gnana Shanker and Dr. Latika Chawla, received tremendous appreciation from delegates for its balanced, real-world approach and clarity in clinical decision-making.

A special highlight was the engaging session by Dr. Pal Manickam – Gastroenterologist, Lifestyle Medicine Diplomat (USA), and widely followed digital educator. His ability to connect gut health with pelvic pain in a simplified and relatable manner brought a fresh and impactful perspective.

Equally noteworthy was Shiny Surendran, an experienced sports dietitian and nutrition expert, whose insights on diet and lifestyle interventions added immense value to the multidisciplinary approach of pelvic pain management.


From insightful keynote addresses to high-energy debates and interactive panels, every session reinforced the importance of collaboration in addressing pelvic pain—an often under-recognized yet deeply impactful condition.
The presence of esteemed national faculty across gynecology, urology, gastroenterology, pain medicine, physiotherapy, and mental health added immense value to the scientific deliberations, making the congress truly holistic and practice-changing.
As FEPPA continues to grow, this congress stands as a testament to a shared vision: to bring pelvic pain out of invisibility and into structured, evidence-based, compassionate care.
